Dividend

Dividend payment on shares of FEG NV is generally subject to the Dutch dividend withholding tax of 15% levied at source which Fortuna is obliged to withhold and pay to the Dutch tax authorities. Certain shareholder groups may, however, be entitled to a tax relief based on double taxation treaties or other applicable laws. Shareholders are recommended to consult their own tax advisors with respect to the tax treatment of FEG NV dividend.  

Dividend Payment
FEG NV will transfer the funds determined for the dividend payment to the account of Centrální depozitář cenných papírů a.s. („CDCP“). Subsequently, CDCP will transfer these funds to the accounts of its participants for the purpose of the dividend payment. Shareholders will receive the dividend payment from their broker / financial institution (participant of CDCP).
