The Slovak market became in 2007 the first place where the Fortuna Entertainment Group launched online betting. In this country, the group’s subsidiary FORTUNA SK has a network at its disposal amounting to almost 400 branches, including over 100 “Fortunkas”. A “Fortunka” is a franchise-based concept whereby company betting terminals are placed in bars and restaurants. Milan Aľakša became the CEO of FORTUNA SK in 2011.
